Flight Arrival Time
Your adventure begins with a pick-up from Errachidia Airport or your accommodation. Travel south through the magnificent Ziz Valley, one of Morocco’s largest palm groves, with several panoramic stops along the way.
Continue towards Erfoud, known as the fossil capital of Morocco, before arriving in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Here, your camels will be waiting to take you across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.
Enjoy an unforgettable camel ride through the desert while watching the sunset over the dunes. Upon arrival at the luxury desert camp, you will be welcomed with Moroccan tea.
After settling into your private luxury tent, enjoy a delicious traditional dinner followed by Berber music around the campfire. Spend the night under the stars in the heart of the Sahara.
Wake up early to admire one of the most beautiful sunrises in Morocco as the first rays of light illuminate the dunes.
After breakfast and a refreshing shower at the camp, return to Merzouga by camel or 4×4 vehicle.
Depending on your departure time, explore the surroundings of Merzouga, visit nomadic families, discover local desert life, or enjoy panoramic views of the Erg Chebbi dunes.
Later, drive back through Erfoud and the Ziz Valley towards Errachidia, where your tour concludes.
The camel ride usually lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours, depending on the season and the location of the camp. We make stops along the way so you can enjoy the scenery and take photos.

Absolutely. If you prefer not to ride a camel, we can arrange a 4×4 transfer to and from the luxury camp at no additional stress.
